About the Role:

Our global HR team is growing and looking for a People Experience Program Manager to support the articulation, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of the People Experience and Operations strategy. You will be the program manager for people programs that span across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, career development, engagement, and retention. You will report to the VP HR and partner with our global HR teams. You will not be insular to HR but instead, will engage with business leaders to ensure our programs strike the right balance between adding maximum value, raising our game in previously underserved areas, with a focus on simplicity. This role is remote flexible.

You Will:

  • You will be a thought partner to the VP HR on Remitly's People Experience and Operations strategy
  • Manage people programs across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, development planning, engagement, recognition, and offboarding
  • Help prioritize organizational needs (e.g., focus on manager capability)
  • Have a global mindset to ensure our people practices are inclusive to all employees wherever they reside
  • Work on organizational design: assessment, design, implementation, and measurement
  • Develop HR communications and plan for people processes
  • Lead change management efforts and measure the impact
  • Work with partners in the business to tap into their freshest thinking on current and future challenges
  • Partner with your HR colleagues globally (especially our HRBPs in Seattle, EU, UK, MNL, MGA)

You Have:

  • 4+ years of organizational effectiveness, talent management, or related experience
  • You enjoy challenges and building in a growth environment / acts with urgency
  • Known for building programs that are scalable and sustainable
  • Lead with a business and systems lens
  • You enjoy solving problems with a data-driven mindset
  • Known for your ability to partner at all levels and influence change
  • You enjoy testing and iterating to support continuous improvement
