HR Intern (Młodszy Specjalista ds. HR)

We are looking for a HR Intern  to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks reporting into the  HRBP in Krakow providing support to our  London,  Cork, Krakow and wider International teams. In this unique role, you will serve our  employees, You will help to ensure our HR data is accurate, our practices are compliant with laws and regulations, and our team members have the day-to-day support they need. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Organise, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
  • Provide periodic reporting to stakeholders to help leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Perform monthly benefits reconciliation
  • Build and maintain HR process documentation, for both HR and employee use
  • Respond to external employment verifications
  • Resolve basic HR-related questions from employees, escalating as necessary
  • Make changes to employee data in our HRIS
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with New Starter Orientation Presentation  and drive scheduling as required 
  • Assist with all Onboarding, Longboarding and offboarding actions 
  • Process HR-related invoices
  • Provide overall HR administrative support across our INTL teams  

 

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems, HRIS and ATS
  • Basic understanding or interest in labor legislation 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
