Job Duties and Responsibilities

Design, Delivery & Development:

 

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) through close collaboration with stakeholders (Team Managers, Senior Operations Managers, Program Managers and support groups).
  • Design inductive, scenario-based/action-based training curricula framed in competency development, leadership skills and/or soft-skills training programs
  • Create engaging and graphically stimulating training decks/slides for instructor-led trainings used in Team Meetings, business reviews and associate engagement programs
  • Create high impact, scenario-based Modules
  • Follow guidelines of Instructional Design methodologies, which may include but not necessarily limited to: ADDIE, Merrill’s, Gagne’s and Rapid Instructional Design (RID)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through curriculum evaluation
  • Management of our Learning Management System (LMS) 
  • Deploy, maintain, and conduct trainings using our LMS
  • Develop and manage training reports
  • Work closely with the Operations, HR and other stakeholders in providing visibility of training reports
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training when necessary
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills
  • Apply methodologies that cover all learning styles (VARK) 
  • Respectfully conducts training sessions by promoting inclusion and active participation

 

Required Knowledge and Technical Skills

 

  • Experience in training delivery/facilitation 
  • Experience in developing and implementing instructor-led developmental programs
  • Expert level PC skills, including MS Windows applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Gsuite web-based applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Sites, etc.)
  • Experience creating Lesson Plans or Module Content Outline, Instructor Guides, Facilitator Guides, scripts, call flows and storyboarding
  • Experience managing any Learning Management System (LMS) is desired
  • Knowledge in virtual gamification is desired
  • Experience using Authoring Tools is desired (Articulate Storyline is a plus)

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum +2 years experience in a managerial role in a BPO setting of Customer Service, Lending, Collections, DevOps and/or specific to Learning & Development fields
  • Experience delivering training to develop managerial & leadership skills as part of company developmental programs 
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Flexibility to work and learn independently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent English & Spanish communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility based on business needs
  • College graduate in Education fields is a plus
  • Background in Financial accounts, Remittances or Fintech programs is a plus
  • Knowledge in competency management and mapping is a plus
