About the Role:

You will lead our IT Support operations and personnel that assist Remitly Employees with their technology inquiries. To do so, we ask that you are a hands-on technical expert and are committed to providing an outstanding support experience for all employees. You will mentor and oversee our support team, become responsible for our service level commitments to be met, and ensure that we have enough office hardware supplies and software licenses to meet our employee's IT needs. Moreover, you will collaborate on projects to improve overall system performance or user experience..

You Will:

  • Work with other IT Leads in other regions
  • Managing and building out contractors and teams (Cork, London and Krakow)
  • Monitor IT team members and provide necessary guidance
  • Manage IT Team's Service level agreements to meet expectations
  • Manage ticketing automation
  • Strategies, design, implement, and administer the following Services Provided by the Global Team:
  • Tools for zero-touch ticket resolution (Dara, Slack, other tools)
  • Common solutions are available and to promote self-service
  • Collaborate on strategy and tools for resolving technology issues for all employees
  • Implement processes defined for onboarding, offboarding, hardware, networking, print and copy
  • Solidify change management process for anything affecting service delivery
  • Be part of the PagerDuty oncall rotation

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT
