About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives of multiple work streams while building cutting-edge fintech solutions, driving them toward successful business objectives. This role focuses on managing the when and how of delivery, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align business objectives with scalable, technical solutions.

You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile product teams developing customer facing products. Defining and implementing R&D KPIs and metrics to support team's productivity and velocity improvement to assure all plans are delivered on time with high quality.

You Will:

  • Lead technical projects from ideation to production, ensuring smooth execution within the engineering org.
  • Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize team productivity.
  • Debug and improve workflow processes and continuously refine program management and execution methodologies.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.
  • Define and execute strategic technical roadmaps with engineering and product teams.
  • Mentor teams on best practices in technical program execution.
  • Facilitate program updates, status reports, and cross-team coordination meetings.
  • Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Foster open communication and alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.

You Have:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS or b2c product environment.
  • Experience managing large-scale technical projects in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of R&D and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to adapt workflows across multiple teams, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and program status effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • A natural collaborator who amplifies team voices, facilitates decision-making, and drives alignment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex integrations with third-party vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical background in Software Development, DevOps, Solution Architecture or System Architecture is a plus.
