Senior Manager, Fraud Product Operations

About the Role:

In this role, you'll own our fraud responses to emerging fraud attacks and oversee daily decisions of balancing losses and customer experience in the fraud system. You'll directly manage Operational Program Managers and Fraud Investigators associated with monitoring and addressing emergent payments fraud attacks. You'll also work closely with our Product and Analytics and Program teams to develop and deliver on process & product improvements that improve outcomes for the business; simultaneously reducing fraud losses and friction for good customers.

 

You Will:

  • Define and monitor and core metrics on daily basis to spot urgent fraud attacks
  • Drive resolution of acute fraud attacks, coordinating and mobilizing first line of response across your local and international teams.
  • Provide the freshest insights on patterns and improvements opportunities based on what's observed on the ground
  • Responsible for short-term loss mitigations, and working on longer-term improvement opportunities to other teams
  • Coordinate with external teams for major fraud mitigation actions (Product, Analytics and Engineering)

 

You Have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in fintech or ecommerce Fraud Prevention programs
  • Experience either overseeing or directly contributing to operational programs.
  • At least 3 years experience as Team Manager/Lead in customer success, customer protection/fraud prevention or related fields.
