About the Role:
Remitly is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator who can sweat the details and take ownership of their work. You will report to the VP of Partnerships and Business Development and provide administrative support to key leaders in the partnerships team. This position is based in Managua, Nicaragua. and will report to the Vice President, Business Development & Partnerships
You Will:
- Provide seamless proactive complex calendar management – scheduling external, internal and highly sensitive meetings across multiple teams and time zones.
- Coordinate frequent and complex domestic and international travel including visa procurement and agenda formation.
- Track and promote completion of important deliverables, following up on outstanding items.
- Own the standard NDA execution process with prospective new partners
- Build and manage a tracker for critical contractual deadlines for a select group of high priority partners & inform and alert leadership as appropriate
- Work with leadership to schedule partner meetings during high profile conference and industry events & own the schedule
- Support logistics and work back schedules for items including but not limited to: leadership events and offsite events.
- Organize and prioritize time-sensitive information to ensure required actions are in a timely manner.
- Manage coordination and prompt submission of high volume of expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Partner with the senior leaders in the partnerships team on special projects.
- Partner with other Executive Business Partners for events, strategic projects, and cultural initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across the Executive Business Partners community by building relationships, sharing best practices, and proactively partnering with peers to solve challenges and provide the best support to our executive team.
You Have:
- You have 3+ years experience managing complex calendars at the senior executive level.
- Experience managing complex international travel.
- Experience driving items independently in an ambiguous, high-growth organization.
- You handle confidential information with discretion and can build trust through integrity.
- You empathize with others and overcome challenges
- You interact with a high level of executive presence with internal and external partners and vendors.
- You have a working knowledge of contemporary collaboration and productivity tools – Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
