About the Role:
Remitly is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to support paid digital acquisition across the Americas region, with a focus on paid search campaigns. This is an ideal role for a marketer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media execution.
You'll execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and business growth. We're seeking someone who is data-driven, likes to dive deep into the details, and eager to make a measurable impact. This role based in Seattle, requires 3+ days a week onsite, and reports to the Growth Marketing Manager – Americas.
You Will:
- Execute and optimize paid search campaigns to efficiently drive new customer acquisition.
- Own end-to-end campaign management — including builds, creative testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to launch, monitor, and refine campaigns.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign results to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to align with broader marketing initiatives.
You Have:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, specifically with paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
- (Bonus) Experience with other paid channels such as Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, or Reddit.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and other key performance marketing concepts.
- Ability to identify opportunities and trends through data.
- Ability to dive deep in setup, execution, and reporting.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $69,000-$78,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
