About the Role:

As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on Remitly's Growth Squad, you'll be leading projects that drive customer activation and engagement. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with high visibility reporting to the Senior CRM Lead out of our London office. This is a hybrid role and the expectation is to be onsite 50% of the time (3 days a week).

You'll lead the full lifecycle of a test—from ideation, copy creation, and campaign setup in Braze, to analysis and insight-sharing—in tight collaboration with the growth squad, lifecycle marketing, product, analytics, creative, design, and product marketing.

You Will:

  • Lead lifecycle experimentation projects across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging with a focus on improving activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Launch A/B tests in Braze—including hypothesis creation, copywriting, audience targeting, and QA.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to design partners on visual assets and campaign creative.
  • Be the marketing representative in a focused, growth squad—offering lifecycle channel expertise while flexing into product and experimentation strategy and also championing customer experience.
  • Contribute to a culture of curiosity and learning by sharing test results, both successful and not.

You Have:

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle or growth marketing
  • Proficient in Braze (or equivalent omni-channel marketing platforms); understanding of multi-channel campaign orchestration.
  • Copywriting skills with an ability to quickly produce multiple on-brand variants and navigate feedback from other teams (e.g., Legal).
  • Experience with AI tools (Jasper, Chat-GPT, Gemini, etc) and AI personalised testing
  • Data-literate: you know how to design a test, collaborate with analysts to interpret results, and apply those insights to future iterations.
  • Experience providing constructive feedback to visual designers.
  • Comfortable managing your roadmap while also collaborating with other teams to integrate insights into broader product or growth strategies.
