This is a highly cross-functional, impactful role with the opportunity to shape the strategy for a fast-growing program.

You Will:

  • Own and continuously improve the Spanish language experience across product and marketing, identifying hyper-localization opportunities in alignment with business priorities to drive conversion and engagement
  • Build and scale a robust localization quality program, with a strong emphasis on multilingual product usability testing
  • Investigate and resolve customer friction points by acting on customer insights and data-driven analysis
  • Manage localization workflows, testing, and translation quality, including AI-powered solutions
  • Work closely with engineering and design for product localization
  • Drive tools strategy, workflow infrastructure, and automation to support scalable localization pipelines
  • Manage budget and vendor/tooling relationships
  • Develop internal resources to promote localization awareness and education across the company

You Have:

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish (Latin America)
  • 6+ years of experience in localization program management, including tech stack management
  • 3+ years of experience working directly on client-side product and marketing localization
  • Proven track record of launching new products and features internationally
  • High proficiency with translation management systems, integrations, testing, and overall localization and content tech stack
  • Working knowledge of internationalization requirements and frameworks, including prior success driving solutions for localizability issues
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills while managing a portfolio of end-to-end concurrent programs
  • Ability to work with significant ambiguity, while making difficult tradeoffs between short-term outcomes and long-term impact
  • Nice to have: Solid understanding of one or more of these languages: French, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, German, or Vietnamese
