  • Enhance reporting & transparency: Build automated reporting processes and dashboards that provide visibility into spending and operational efficiency.

  • Partner with business leaders: Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear financial recommendations that influence investment and operational decisions.

  • Develop financial models: Support business cases, evaluate initiatives, and analyze cost drivers for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive process improvements: Identify and lead initiatives that streamline forecasting, automate reporting, and increase accuracy across finance processes.

  • Support strategic initiatives: Contribute to high-impact projects, including cost optimization, process automation, and analytics-driven planning.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus).

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with a focus on OpEx management and business partnering.

  • Technical skills:

  • Analytical strength: Proven ability to build models, manage forecasts, and conduct scenario planning to support decision-making.

  • Collaboration skills: Experience working with Marketing, Analytics, or Business Management teams to deliver financial insights and strategic guidance.

  • Project leadership: Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results under tight timelines.

  • Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling insights for leadership and business partners.

  • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong prioritization and a bias for action.
