About the Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst for the Europe region, you aren't just analyzing data – you are architecting growth. You will sit at the intersection of Business Management, Pricing, Product, and Marketing, serving as the analytical "connective tissue" across our global offices in Europe, the US, and India.
Your goal is to turn complex customer behaviors and market trends into executable growth programs. You will own the "Why" behind our performance and the "How" for our next phase of growth. We are looking for a candidate with endless curiosity, a relentless bias for action, and the commercial acumen to influence decision-making.
You Will:
-
Own the Regional Business Narrative: Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, and capital allocation trade-offs for the region. Drive business review narratives (Monthly / QBR / Annual planning).
-
Drive Strategic Insights: Leverage world-class data techniques to deconstruct the Europe P&L. You’ll deep-dive into customer retention, funnel conversion, and unit economics to identify untapped growth levers. Lead cross-functional problem-solving forums
-
Drive the Growth Roadmap & Influence Investment: Drive “bias for action”. Co-create regional OKRs with GM. Influence pricing posture and risk appetite. Pressure-test product roadmaps through commercial lenses. Provide deep analytical insights into regional dynamics, connect metric movements with customer behavior, raise the bar with analytical thinking, and develop scalable frameworks to drive regional growth and efficiency
-
Master Experimentation: Define experimentation standards across the region. Ensure learning agenda aligns with 6-12 month strategy. Connect experiments to durable LTV/CAC improvements
-
Partner Globally: Act as a strategic partner to P&L owners and cross-functional leads. As part of a high-growth site, you will help define the analytical standards for one of the most diverse and mission-driven organizations in fintech.
You Have:
-
Analytical strength: 6+ years of experience in business or data analytics, preferably within a high-growth B2C fintech or e-commerce environment.
-
Technical depth (SQL, Visualization, Experimentation): Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from multiple sources. Expertise in building high impact narratives via data visualization tools such as Tableau, or Mode. Strong proficiency with statistical design and analysis of experiments.
-
Business partnership: Experience co-owning a business metric (ex: revenue, retention, CAC efficiency). Experience influencing capital allocation and long term strategy.
-
Influencer & Communicator: Regularly influenced Director/ VP+ stakeholders in high-stakes decisions, driven based on your insights, and product acumen.
-
Partner horizontally: Demonstrated ability to partner and consult with cross functional teams (especially in marketing, product and finance organisations).
-
Global Mindset: Experience working across time zones (US/Europe/India) and an understanding of the nuances of the European remittance landscape.
-
Commercial Rigor: You understand that data is a means to an end. You can connect a drop in "top-of-funnel" conversion to its eventual impact on "LTV/CAC" ratios.
-
Bachelor's degree required.
-
Good to have:
-
Direct experience in global remittances or cross-border payments.
-
Advanced knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling.
-
Experience in "Challenger Market" strategies (growing market share in regions with established incumbents).
-
Our Benefits:
-
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
-
Life Insurance
-
Mental Health & Family Forming benefits
