You Will:

Monitoring loading transactions, remittances, disbursement transactions, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary.

Communicate effectively to customers and suppliers through various channels (calls, emails, SMS) related to deposits and disbursement status.

Contribute ideas and strategies to eliminate/reduce Remitly Israel customer friction and provide Best in class customer service experience

Help identify partner processing errors and system errors across the remittance journey. Troubleshooting both cash-in and cash-out-related issues to identify the most effective and efficient resolution.

Address all customer inquiries regarding remittances and deposit options available on the market.

Supports internal and external teams with challenges regarding Cards, Deposits, and disbursements.

Liaison with RFD counterparts working on the Remitly RFD platform

Manage and update beneficiary information from the watchlist (Comply Advantage) to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with Compliance and Risk Teams, staying informed about regulatory changes.

Promote the Remitly Cultural Values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members.
You Have:
-
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
-
Solid experience in Customer Support, Risk, or Care, with a good understanding of Remitly Israel (formerly Rewire) business processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

Familiarity with CPT processes
-
Experience with watchlist procedures
-
Open to all associates with knowledge of CRM systems and Salesforce

Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
