About The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Field Operations Coordinator to join our growing Israel team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our field activity – connecting employers, sales teams, and field representatives to ensure a smooth and efficient customer onboarding experience on the ground.

You Will:
- Receive and process order requests from employers and sales teams
- Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems
- Build and manage schedules for our field representatives
- Coordinate meetings with customers
- Provide ongoing support to field representatives and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across all markets
- Hybrid work environment – both home and office
You Have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew, English, and Russian – Mandatory
- Additional languages – Advantage
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset – someone who takes initiative and finds solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry – Advantage
