About the Role:
As a Field Operations Representative at Remitly, you will be the face of our service – meeting customers where they are and guiding them through a full onboarding experience. You will work independently in the field, visiting customers at their workplace and ensuring they are fully set up to use our financial services.
You Will:
- Travel daily to meet customers at their workplace or agreed locations
- Guide customers through the full onboarding process
- Provide clear and patient explanations to ensure customers understand and actively use our services
- Work independently while staying in close coordination with the back office and internal teams
- Represent Remitly's values and deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
You Have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Thai – Mandatory
- Good level of English for internal communication – Mandatory
- Additional languages – Advantage
- Valid driver's license – Mandatory
- Flexibility in working hours when needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your day in the field
- Experience in field work or customer-facing roles – Advantage
- Hebrew – Advantage
